The Plan for Jan
The Plan for the quilt is a rainbow of Hearts, surrounded by a variety of text fabric. Using the block tutorial from the Cluck Cluck Sew blog, I have made up an 8 inch finished block that should be simple enough to sew. No bias edges or painful piecing (I hope). We are aiming for seven rows of Hearts, each row to be a colour of the rainbow - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Bright, saturated colours with a mix of text fabric - either black or dark grey writing on a white or off white fabric. A photo tutorial and cutting instructions to come when I can get Blogger working properly. Abbe
