Hi ladies,
Thank you all so much for jumping at the chance to make a few blocks for the big love quilt we are going to make for our friend Jan.
I was pretty sure that there would be a lot of keen contributors because, as we all know, Jan is one of the best 'cheerleaders' amongst us. She is a sweetheart to us all and hopefully we can give a bit of that love back while she goes through her lung cancer treatment.
I have come up with a bit of a plan over the last few days.
In order to cater for all sewing skills, I have found a simple heart block that should be easy to piece. If anyone has trouble, wants pointers or needs help, don't be scared to ask here or via email.
I'll also do a tutorial of the piecing which will hopefully make the whole process painless.
For now, think rainbow colours and text....
